Make a complaint to Access to Work

Have you experienced delays in your application to Access to Work or in receiving the support you need? Have these delays impacted your ability to work? Has the support you've received been inadequate or inaccessible?

If you are blind or partially sighted and have received poor service from Access to Work, we strongly encourage you to complain. Complaints are monitored through a formal process and can be very effective at resolving issues in the Access to Work process.

To make this easier, we've written a template complaint letter which will be sent to the Access to Work Complaints Team and your MP.

Fill in your details below, including your Access to Work customer reference number if you know it, and explain your experience of Access to Work. We encourage you to be as detailed as possible. You'll then be taken to the template letter with your information added in.

If you need help completing this form, please call our Helpline on 0303 123 9999. Fields marked with an * asterisk are mandatory.

RNIB is committed to protecting your privacy and we want to assure you that your personal information is safe with us and we will never sell your details to third parties. For more information please see our privacy policy on our website: www.rnib.org.uk/privacy-policy/
